I can only speak for the Pho and the spring roll. Both were less than impressive. I have lived in Las Vegas for the last 3 years and have been eating at Pho Saigon 8 for almost that long. Maybe I've been spoiled, but this pho was terrible. In order to avoid being rude I just pretended I was full. The other reviewer was right on -dirty dishwater with noodles that might have been in the dishwater all night. I needed to purge after that - YUCK!!!!!
Pros: I didn't try anything but the Pho - perhaps the rest of the food is delightful.
Cons: Don't eat the Pho or spring rolls.
