Review content:
After studying the reviews, my husband and I decided to try this Italian restaurant near Times Square. The hostess was very pleasant as she sat us at a quiet corner table. Our disappointment came when our food began to arrive. Service was very quick. We were finished our meal in 1 hour and 15 min. Our reservations were at 8 PM so we were not in a hurry to see a show. I think the staff just wanted to turn the tables. The food was not appetizing. The involtini was tough, the linguini was over done and the crabcake had more filler than crabmeat. Dinner for 2 with 2 cocktails and a bottle of wine was $150 -not bad for NY- but not worth it either. A nice touch was the complimentary lemoncello at the end of the meal. With so many great Italian restaurants in Manhattan, don't go here. Try someplace else.
Pros: proximity to the theatres
Cons: food
