My mom surprised me at the beginning of the year with a visit to Alexander Hairdressing for a full start to finish hair makeover. I was very impressed that before they would even book a color/cut appointment with me, they insisted on a consultation first. That impressed me a lot because they aren't willing to just do anything to your hair, they really examine it from style, color, cut, etc. and make great recommendations. After the consultation, I arranged to come back for the cut, color, etc. and was amazed to see the transofrmation my hair made and the education provided me about why it had been so unhealthy previously and what steps needed to be taken to get it where I wanted it to be (long, thick and lustrous of course!). When you come in, they truly want you to enjoy a full experience, not just ""get your hair done"". Debbie, her assistant and each person I encountered was courteous and professional. The cappucinno's are AMAZING and are offered to you throughout your treatments. While this hair experience was more costly than I have paid elsewhere, it was well worth it and my hair FEELS healthier since I've been. I'm going back tomorrow for my next visit!
