As a recent transplant, I was optimistic yet hesitant to begin a new relationship with a stylist. I have, what I consider to be, difficult hair. It is curly in some areas and straight in others; just generally inconsistent. The receptionist was sweet and professional. The salon is relaxed and has comfortable vibe. However, Sara easily elevated this experience to the next level. Her experience was obvious from the first exchange. I felt she listened to and respected what I had to say concerning my desire for a more flattering 'style'. She taught me how to simply style my hair for an every day look and absolutely love the products she recommended!
Pros: excellent work, superb customer sevice
