Review content:
We hired this florist to do our wedding based on recommendations from a number of wedding halls. In the beginning the owner was accomodating and atentive but a few days before the wedding tried to raise prices on the existing contract and upsell additional flower arrangements (all signifficantly more expensive). The day of the wedding they were 3 hours late in setting up the arrangements at the hall and did not set everything up according to contract (gave less flowers than we ordered and used cheaper flowers in place of more expensive ones that we ordered). Bottom line - need to make sure they stick to the contract - otherwise you end up with a bait and switch.
Pros: fair price and decent quality flowers
Cons: poor service, bait and switch
