Review content:
We paid our bill last month but they never applied the credit, but cashed the money orders. It's going to cost us up to $24 for each of the two money orders we paid with to get copies faxed back. And we still have to re-pay the bill again by 6/7 to avoid disconnection, even though they cashed the checks. We clearly put the account information on the checks. It could cost us up to $90 to pay a $30 bill. No help from their office either. I have a complaint in with the Florida Public Serivce Comission.
