My wife and I used a property management company before and loved them but they went out of business. We looked for a new company to manage rent for our property and found Faith. They required a 200.00 deposit (pretty standard) for advertising costs etc. In 2 months they only showed our condo 2 times, and would never return our calls. We recieved 2 bills for a total of $63.00 for advertising witch seemed reasonable. We cancelled our contract with them and started another one, within 1 week the condo was shown 7 times and rented out. We asked for our remaining balance back from Faith. They said that there was 1 more charge to our account witch was also understandable. We recieved our final statement almost 2 months later and it was a $ 0.25 Cent refund taped multiple times inside of a envalope (not professional at all). In less than 2 months, they spent $200.00 on advertising and did not even come close to renting out our condo...... I am also part of an HOA that faith was managing, it was terrible and every home owner is upset at their billing, communication etc......I have never been so blown away by a company's ways in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BELIEVE ME!
