Review content:
I rented through EMS for one year. They are an unprofessional organization that I will never, ever do business with again. We had to fight them for everything. We learned quickly that we had to communicate with them by certified mail always stating AZ rental laws to help them understand. Every time we call them, a new broker will be managing your property. I am glad that I am not entrusting them with my property! You will surely have renters that never come back to your house!
Cons: Will not communicate with you.
