Review content:
I rented a 10x12 for $169 per month since November 2008. Pouch Storage El Toro advertised 25% discount for the first four months. But I was never given the discount. I sent in a check for 75% of the monthly rent and they kept sending it back because it was not for the full amount. And because they never deposited my checks, they charged me $45 per month for late and lien fees.
