On or about the date is March 16, 2012 I went to this company to have my oil changed, when I arrived I requested to use the restroom; I was directed through a door leading to another portion of the building where I was met with a vicious dog that was attempting to attack me I frozen in place and could not move for fear one wrong move would cause us animal to attack me. I was met by additional personnel that were verbally abusive and stated that I should not have been in that portion of the building. I had never been to this company before and did not know my way around other than what I was given as directions to the restroom area.
I was then escorted back to the door from which I had come, I then asked the personnel to please allow me to leave, I was then told that I was going to be charged for the personnel that looked at my car but had not done any actual work to other than raise the hood. Because of the harassment I had to endure I went directly home and had to lie down because my blood pressure was extremely high and I was starting to develop chest pains. This issue had disturbed me to the point that I decided to do a story about the experience at SUPREME DETAILING AN ACCESSORY INC. located at 42611 Joy Rd corner of Lily in Canton Township Michigan
