Review content:
OMG... This place is a complete waste of time. If it wasn't for the Nail Tech Tiffany, they should close down and start over in another industry. They have NO customer service skills... I waited 30 minutes for my appointment only for me to find out that someone didn't come in. THEN they put the pedicure bath that I have at home on the floor with PLASTIC in it, and cold water.. Then the computer chair is rolled out and I am told to sit. The nail tech begins a very pleasant conversation but finishes my pedicure sitting on the floor to polish my feet. I had to put my feet in her lap, which totally spaks her pants... I kept thinking I was getting punked. I bought a coupon off of a group coupon website, so I wasn't totally pissed that I only paid half. That mani pedi service isn't worth more than $15 tops, not the almost $50 that is regular price...
