I have been a patient at Uprise Pilates and Acupuncture since the start of the business. Sheena Jongeneel, L.Ac. is highly skilled and has had extensive training in her field. Besides having a terrific bedside manner, she has been able to cure my complaints multiple times over, from sinus headaches to sore throats to digestive issues. I am currently expecting my first child in May and feel confident with my holistic healthcare in her hands during the pregnancy.I would recommend Uprise Pilates and Acupuncture for anyone looking for a talented acupuncturist as an complement or alternative to Western healthcare.
