I came to Alive 2 years ago at 245lbs. A ex high school wrestler looking for something to save me from a downward spiral of fast food and self indulgence. All it took was one class to re ignite the passion for competition and the drive to push myself to new levels every time I step on the mat. With a class schedule ranging from 7:30 am to 9:30pm (and sometimes even later) I can always find a few hours to steal away for myself despite having a close family and running a business. I now am 160lbs and in the best shape of my life. There are classes to fit every persons personal goals. With the addition of Crossfit Woodstock and Alive Boxing they have a full spectrum of instruction for the stay at home mother of four to the elite competitor. Do yourself a favor and drop in to give yourself a chance to change your life, It changed mine!
