I only went through Clean Green because it was on citydeals. com. I called the company to ask about the coupon. The guy on the phone (don't remember his name) told me not to buy the coupon and he would give me the same deal. The coupon included 3 rooms and a hallway up to a $149 dollars. The deal did not include stairs, but I specifically asked him if I could use the coupon for the stairs, he said that would not be a problem. He told me I could use the coupon for anything up to $149, because I did have an area I needed clean rather than just a room. The guy came out that afternoon and told me that the coupon did not include stairs and I would be charged $65 instead. If I didn't wait until the last minute I wouldn't have gone with Clean Green. There were still stains in my carpet. I would not recommend them to anyone!
