I stop by Ma's for my drink on the way to work. Lately, I've noticed that they are hiring more & more people that don't speak english very well. The last straw was a week ago I went in to place an order and the guy who took it, couldn't UNDERSTAND or SPEAK any english. A few minutes later a girl came over and apologized because he didn't understand my order and she took it again. WHAT are employers thinking there? How can any business in AMERICA hire people. that will be interacting with the public, who don't know our language! It's so frustrating! WAKE UP EMPLOYERS! This is not acceptable.
Pros: Coffee is good.
Cons: Finding someone to understand you want some is a challenge!
