I work in the fitness industry and been in national level endurance competition for many years prior, so my endorsement is not one without experience nor merit behind it and I am not being compensated. I hit 50 roughly 3 years a go and noticed in my photos...yipes there could be slight blip in that former six pack...how did this happen ?...I did spin class 2-3 x a week, ran 2 x a week and also occasional yoga class. Alas despite this I knew I needed to get a hold of my workouts and make a stronger commitment by mixing up the usual 24hr and LA fitness class . Sofee' team did work with me by providing me with the platform to lock in a solid weekly plan and the work outs are very tough. Do not kid yourself , holding a mousy10 pounds over head and doing sprints doesn't sound like much , but the next day your spouse will wonder why you walk like the hunchback of Notre Dame. In 2 weeks time if you watch your intake of food by writing down the food and calories in your camp notebooks and go to 3-5 days a week , you will drop weight and tone up. I have gone now on/off to these camps for 3 years and have obtain a new fitness level each time I complete them. bottom line, yes this camp works and I especially enjoy the variety and being outside makes it fun even in our rainy winter. The best 1 hr 3-5 x a week that make you healthier overall Just join it.
