I called and I was told they pay 80%. I thought that was fair. When I arrived they calculated the weight in pennyweight which was somewhat confusing to me instead of grams or troy ounce. When I later figured out the calculations using pennyweight I found that for 14k they either paid me about 53% instead of 58.33%, or they only paid 72.5% instead of 80% either way it wasn't what they claim. My fault for not being aware of how to calculate pennyweight.
