Where do I start? First, I want to say I'm thrilled with Loyear Cleaning & Restoration. Always a friendly voice on the phone and accommodates to my work schedule (easier than setting up a cable install!!!).
My husband worked with their employee while I was at work, he said the Loyear Technician was very nice and quickly got to work; he finished the job in less time than my husband thought it would take to clean our home.
But, my biggest kudos for Loyear Cleaning and Restoration is they saved my SHOES. We live at the bottom of a hill and when we had torrential rains, the sewer drains couldn't keep up with the massive amounts of rains and I found hundreds of gallons of water and sludge in my basement. I had over 56+ pairs of shoes stored in my basement, along with irreplaceable family photo albums. I thought all my special memories were ruined. But, Loyear came in with a special way to clean ""contaminated"" stuff (even my shoes) and saved everything! Literally, hundreds of dollars of personal items that would have been lost forever ? cleaned! How can you thank someone for THAT?
I recommend Loyear, not only because of their attention to detail when cleaning, but because of their compassion with dealing with you when you've experienced a traumatic flood or unexpected fire. They know it was a hard call to make in the first place, but the hope they give you and the great follow through and attention to detail is more than any other company can offer.
