Businiess name:  Village Green of Lansing

Review content:
The location is the only thing this place has. If you can handle obsolete air-conditioning units that don't work properly, terrible building conditions, and a company that does not stand behind their own policies...then Village Green is for you. Expect at least $250.00 elecrtic bills every month, air conditioning units that will not cool off your apt. and all the staffs excuses for not getting your maint. requests done in a timely matter. There's people who have been waiting for new windows for years here and getting nothing but huge electric bills and BS excuses for not replacing them. Look else where unless you can handle a lot of stress and extremely hot apts with obsolete air-condition units.
