I advise anyone who is looking for plumbing services NOT to use these guys. First I was told it will cost $65 just for the plumber to come. Ok. Since it was an emergency, I agreed to the terms. Then I was told that they will give me a quote once they see what kind of job needs to be done. I again agreed to the terms. He shows up and looks at the job of fixing the drain to the toilet and reinstalling the toilet. He says, $450. Then I said what about fixing the drain only, I will then reinstall the toilet on my own. He says, $350 to do this job. I refused and paid the $65 only. He then says to me, what are you willing to pay, $150-$200? How can he mark up a quote from $350 then come down two hundred dollars. STAY AWAY!
