Review content:
I had Ron Carroll take my wedding pictures back in September and love them! I had two photographers so they captured everything! I got my CD back shortly after with the pictures on them but it took FOREVER to get changes done to my wedding album. I feel like they just threw my book together and did not spend any time on it at all. After asking them to make changes they started adding on fees. It took them 2 months to make the changes and am still not thrilled with it. I told them it was fine and to just print it because its been over a year since I got married. Now they are asking for more money and adding on more fees. I love my pictures but am not happy with the book or the lack of professionalism.
Pros: Great Pictures, have back up equipment, organized and fast!
