Review content:
After sending my dog to a variety of day care establishments from Hollywood to Westwood to Long Beach, Chateau Marmutt stands out. Michelle and her staff get to know the dogs on an individual basis and are able to offer suggestions regarding food and behavior problems. If you ask, when you pick up your dog, they'll give you a short report on how the dog played that day, whether stool quality may be indicative of medical issues, etc. At other places, drop off and pick up are disorganized events ... dogs jumping on each other trying to get out ... hapless staff trying to slam the door after your dog gets through (thereby risking injury to other dogs whose paws may get crushed in the door). No such problem here. Your dog's name is called and s/he appears shortly thereafter, ready to go home after a day of play.
Pros: Individual attention, Knowledgeable staff, Good services
Cons: No parking
