Can I give negative stars? I had the absolute worst experience here! My cat became sick quite unexpectedly and I had to hospitalize him. I was told he would need to be hospitalized for [at least] the weekend and it would be a long road of rest and relaxation for his recovery. Obviously since it was unexpected I was not prepared for the cost of an overnight hospital stay, the IV or any of the medication... AND he did not even make it through the night. When I attempted to make payment arrangements they told me when the bill was paid in full then and only then could I have his body for burial. They kept his body in a freezer until their bill was paid in full. Yeah they're full of compassion all right...as long as their pockets are lined with money!
