Review content:
We went to the Back to Bed store in Mundelein in search for a mattress for our son. Jessica, the General Manager was helpful with all of our questions and there was no pressure to make a purchase. We had a question of where the mattress we were looking to purchase was made. Jessica picked up her phone and had an answer in less than a minute...literally!!!! Jessica told us to take our time and really made us feel comfortable in a no pressure environment. Well, after we made our decision for our son, we looked for a new mattress for ourselves. I have to say that because Jessica was so helpful and such a wonderful person to work with, we decided to make, yet another purchase for ourselves. Jessica was again instrumental in helping us with our purchase and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about Jessica. Jessica helped us by answering all of our questions and there was no pressure to make a purchase. I highly recommend Back to Bed in Mundelein for anyone who is looking for a new mattress to go to the Back to Bed store in Mundelein. Jessica was awesome!!!!
