Absolute worse service ever. As a first time customer and referred to BMI, I expected the best service. Took vehicle in to get a diagnostic to repair the A/C. Greg quoted one price to repair the vehicle and then called to say it would cost 3X to fix the problem. And X is north of $1,000. I was told the compressor was bad after he repaired another A/C component. Shouldn't the compressor be checked from the start? Does this sound right? And he stated I had to pay for the original work because the task was actually done. He refused to accept blame and continuously wanted to explain why he was right. Why would you take your vehicle to BMI for service? Not to mention, he said let's work on the A/C and then discuss the other issues. However, he took the liberty of repairing something else before the A/C issue was resolved. And yes, he wanted to get compensated for this work.
