Businiess name:  Kaz-Sushi Bistro
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Kaz is the most consistently fresh and delicious sushi in D.C. Others are good, but fail in one way or another. I have probably been to Kaz 20-30 times. Each time, the fish has been perfectly sliced, served at the perfect temperature, and served without the attitude of undeserving nearby places. Many places get inventive with sushi and lose on quality and authenticity. Not Kaz. The tuna nigiri with truffle and prosciutto-wrapped scallops will make you smile. And try the ice cream.
