I RENTED A HOME MR JIMMY HAD LISTED, OWNER OF PROPERTY IS UNAWARE OF ?RENTER RIGHTS, BUT MR JIMMY EXPLAINED AL RENTER RIGHTS AS WELL AS DISABLE RENTERS RIGHTS. HE HANDLED OWNERS AS HE WANTS TO BE IF IT WERE HIM, WHICH IS WITHIN GOD'S ?RULES: FAIR AND HONEST! OWNERS OF THESE PROPERTIES, FORGET THAT HUD ALSO FILES SUITS AGAINST OWNERS WHOM MISTREAT THE DISABLE!
OUR FAMILY ARE CUSTOMERS INCLUDING ?OUR SON, I PUT MY TRUST AND FAITH IN MR JIMMY D'S ABILITY TO HELP MY FAMILY NEEDS! ?HE GIVES US THE ABILITY IF OUR LEASE DOES NOT WORK OUT WE MAY GIVE A 60 DAY NOTICE! SO HE MAY RELOCATE US IF AVAILABLE UNITS!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIMMY D REALTY TO ALL WHOM NEED HOUSING , TRY CALLING HIM BEFORE YOU GET INTO A CONTRACT YOU CAN NOT GET OUT OF!
