Review content:
I think we all have been fans of other Cheesecake Factories. Well, Minneapolis beware! My friends and I just experienced the worst service imaginable. The food seemed to be okay but was overshadowed by the awful service. The server was continually messing up not only our tables' drink and food orders, but the surrounding tables. None of the other servers in the general area would lend a hand to our server when we specifically asked for our missing food or drinks. In the end when the manager was promised to stop by it took asking 3 different workers for her to appear. We did enjoy the conversation with the surrounding tables as we shared the same horrible experience. As four former servers sitting down to enjoy a meal we couldn't have been more dissatisfied with our dining experience. Want to enjoy the Cheesecake Factory? Flights to Chicago run about $180.
Cons: service, management
