Review content:
I had an appointment which was canceled because the laser was down. I rescheduled for the next day in a location on the other side of town. The doctor took a look at me and without explaining anything said he wasn't going to use the laser. He then put on some, what I think was nitrous oxide. After that he sent me on my way. Good thing I managed to be in and out in around 15 minutes.
It's depressing to see that both of their establishments are based off the same principle. If the first doctor would have taken 2 minutes to review me then I wouldn't have had to take an extra 2 hours off work to drive to an appointment.
It just seems that there is no consideration for the patient in this place. I understand they are busy. We are all busy in this economy. Thank Arizona Advanced Dermatology for making me feel like one more number!
I'll NEVER go back there!
Pros: At least their happy to take your money
Cons: to many to list
