Review content:
Alright what is up with all these five star ratings? Isn't it somewhat apparent that the majority of these wonderful reviews have been written by employees or the relatives of said employees. Even to the point of implying that anyone who has left a bad review is a bad person (insulting). Let me ask the person that wrote that this; What would drive ""a bunch"" of tenants to get a petition going against their landlord/property management firm in the first place? Be they good or bad tenants. Just stikes me as alittle funny that there are six one star reviews and even with that many people unhappy with their experience with Beach Front nine ""people"" who were happy with their experience went out of their way to look for a review site and leave a shining five star review. Pros: Corporate is helpful when you finaly get through depending on who you talk to. Cons: You get what you pay for I guess. Management only calls AFTER rent is late. So forget and pay.
