Review content:
I brought my dog there a while ago. They were great at first but the 2nd day I brought her there my dog broke one of her little toes. They called me and said something is wrong with your dog and she has been in isolation all day. They decided to call me at 4:30 pm but she suffered for 5 hours before they decided to call me. She actually got her toe nail stuck in one of the dog ramps they said. First of all they blamed my dog by saying she was ""too high energy"" and said they were not going to pay any medical bills. I quickly told them that they were responsible and that I would file a civil suit and hire an attorney to reclaim any medical costs. After 2 days of waiting I received a letter from their office saying they would pay all the medical costs but that I was to never bring my dog back again. They noted my dog was too high of a risk. Cons: Uptight Staff, Uprofessional, More Visual Than Substance
