If it wasn't for the fact that my dog loves this place - the front desk worker/scheduler would keep me away. She is amazingly and consistently rude and unaccommodating. I should point out that there is another girl that occasionally fills in that is really friendly (wish she was always there). Also, the handlers are great. I have a small dog and this is one of the few places that he seems to not hate. It's just really hard to spend this kind of money and get, IMHO, horrible customer service. And you most always have to deal with her. Seriously - its that special kind of unfriendliness/disinterest you get from IRS agents and DMV workers.
Pros: Pool, Grooming, Great Handlers
Cons: Worst Customer Service So Far
