I tried and tried to give this place a chance! Just not happening. They are way to strict on some of the things that they just should not be. I brought my dog there to drain her energy not to take her to a dog boot camp! I was told almost daily that she was too crazy and rough with the other dogs...hmmm isn't that the point?? No I don't want my dog to be aggressive, but she does get crazy and this was not allowed here. I think they could use some help in the customer service department also! Go to a class on how to deal with customer complaints! They don't try to work it out with you....instead they get into an argument with you! I just don't think that will keep your doors open! So if you want good customer service,and a place where your dog can have a fun time and be able to play hard and get tired....not the place for that.
