I went to Concept recommended by my former hair stylist in Rochester. I was very happy with the results and the service! The salon is inside the Gallery mall and there's a garage attached to the mall, so it was easy to park! Like everyone else says, Billy spent a good amount of time listening to my hair concerns, what i wanted to get done, while massaging my scalp and giving me an extra neck and shoulder massage (Great!!) I was very pleased with the haircut!!!! It's a couple weeks now since i've been there and i still love it. He made it exactly how i envisioned it. Everyone at the salon specially Billy were very nice to me. I'm planning on asking him to do my hair for my wedding. that's how much i love my experience there. I recommend it to all!
Pros: parking garage attached to the mall, easy to find, clean, aveda products, complimentary tea, massage, personalized service
Cons: the mall is a bit empty but Concept is in the ground floor of the mall, so it's very easy to access from outside or from the garage.
