I recently purchased a foreclosed home in Oak Park, Michigan and it needed tons of work. I shopped around and obtained quotes from a number of different companies. I finally decided to have Hansons Windows do my installation. My sales representative was very down to earth and patient. He was in the company of my six year old son and my 3 year old cousin (who's mother happens to be stationed in Kuwait) They were having a ""power play-date"" and my sales rep didn't skip a beat. He explained the process clearly to my husband and I and also gave us important tax tips regarding our energy efficient window tax rebates and the savings in heating bills. Our installers and project managers called early and to schedule the installation. My install was seamless and efficient. I have 3 more windows that will need to be replaced in the near future and I am certain that I will have Hansons provide the product and services. I actually enjoyed the experience and can't say enough good things about the two installers. Great guys. They deserve the work that they are contracted.
