Our Hansons Windows installers were a couple minutes early which was fine with us. It was very cold and snowy but they were careful not to make a mess in our house. Both the installers and our salesman were very courteous and professional. Additionally, our rep was not overly aggressive which is what we had anticipated. He actually assisted us with a 2007 problem we had with Hansons and resolved it to our satisfaction. He gave us clear expectations and worked with us. We have no complaints whatsoever about our 1-800-hansons experience. And our windows look great. We also like knowing that Hansons is local and plans on staying in business. Hansons Windows is very professional yet they make us feel like they are doing work for family.
