My brother purchased a $100 backpack from this store yesterday. Today he noticed that one of the straps was already ripping. He went back to the store WITH HIS RECEIPT so that he could exchange it for another one. The store owner refused to give him a refund or exchange. He told my brother to bring it to a shoe repair shop and they could fix it for him. Needless to say, my brother and I will never buy anything from this store again. Buyer beware! You may have the same experience if you buy something from this store!
