Worst service ever! I have now had two altercation with them over two separate towing incidents.
First incident was when I called them to go clean out my car they were very rude on the phone. They said that they would meet me at the lot. I sat at the lot for over an hour waiting for them to come past the time that they told me they would meet me there.
Second incident my roommate wrapped his car around a tree on a Monday. It was looking like he would be in the hospital for weeks. I called simply the best and explained the situation and asked for general information such as what they charge for storage fees and if he cant make it to get the car what kind of paper do they need for someone else to get the car. A week later they called back (I suppose they took the number from the caller ID) and voluntarily gave me his personal information. Then they tired to spin it on me that I had no right to that information even though they voluntarily gave it.
The office where you go to pay the bill is filled thick with smoke and beer cans. They openly smoke when customers are there. They use fowl language when talking about their customers. Finally, they charge outrageous amounts of money and promise to help negotiate the bill if you are stuck in the hospital and cant get there. When you go to pay the bill there is no negotiation and they start with the wise remark ""how much did the hospital knock off their bill?""
I would not recommend this company to anyone! If I could give them no stars I would. Worst customer service. Worst business policies. WORST COMPANY EVER!
