If you are looking for a noisy apartment complex, this is the place for you. Prescott Avenue gives you both the noise of the big city and the smog to go along with it. The guns shots fired at all hours of the night, courtesy of Prescott Estates give you the homey filling of the Hood. The staff is one of a kind. What I mean by one of a kind is you will be lucky to find someone there after 11 am. But all is well they will lie to you as often as possible. Promise you repairs and never come through. And I almost forgot, if you are on a budget this is the place for you. They only raised their rent 3 times in the 2 years I was there. On a side note, if you are looking to get your deposit back, good luck they will take it all if not more.
Cons: High priced for area. bad staff. bad parking.
