Review content:
This place is horrible. Not only do teenagers live here, but theres a bar across from the appartments in the back. the farthest from the office where the farmers market is held. But their new system is horrible to. If you already live there when the new system is put it in you still pay the raised price yet you get no upgrades like a washing machine, you get free cleaning but thats it. if you just move in for the raised price you get a washing machine, etc. but if you live there while they raise the prices and change the system, you get nothing basically. OH and did i mention they charge for hot water? yep believe it, they do. its horrible. i mean come on!? Hot water? Are they that desperate? Sheesh, i dont recomend this place to anyone. theres ALWAYS people digging through the trashcans and homeless people walk around constantly. not the greatest place in santa clara. OH! and theres so much noise..its horrible. people banging, music playing at 3 in the morning. The people at the office are very kind thought the company owners are HORRIBLE!!
Pros: Its a nice layout, you can easily walk to the post office. Nice place to walk around and enjoy,Nice people
Cons: Loud music, pool is nasty!, teenagers live there and have parties constantly, Homeless people walk around, at 4Am in the morning somebody WILL be digging through the garbage
