Review content:
We got married at Elite Palace on October 29. During an unexpected blizzard in October, we expected for some things to go wrong, but to our surprise, everything turned out absolutely perfectly thanks to the staff at Elite Palace. After a stressful morning-- I felt relieved the minute I walked in the door. The receptionist, Julie, is a sweetheart. The maitre'd worked unbelievably hard all night. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was going according to plan. In our video, we noticed how he literally RAN around the ballroom to communicate our needs to the staff and to all of our vendors. He was by our side during important events such as our grand entrance and cake cutting, always giving us very specific and helpful instructions.
Many of our guests were shocked to learn that such a venue even exists in NY. The service was amazing. The girl who was assigned to the bride & groom table basically read my mind all night long. I rarely got to sit down, but the second I did, she immediately was by my side with a glass of water and a dinner napkin to cover my dress so that I do not get dirty.
The person that made this possible for us is the owner, Yannik. We met with him MANY times to go over the details and I am sure that sometimes, we drove him crazy! He is the sweetest man and he did a great job making sure we were happy.
We visited almost 20 catering halls before we made a decision to book Elite Palace. I am happy that we made the right choice. I honestly do not have one single complaint. I would like to thank Elite Palace from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!!
