If you change your address, you should choose a different dentist, because Dr. Icard's office will continue sending the bill to the old address. When they finally do get it right, they'll bill your old insurance company that you used to have five years ago even though your children have been there every six months for the last five years and they've billed the correct insurance company during that time. Then Jackie will insist that you did not give them the proper information. Jackie will not look back at your file to see what insurance company was billed six months ago. Instead, she expects you to give that to her. Also, Dr. Icard's prices have increased this year. I'm aware that prices have increased on everything, but his prices for a child cleaning are the same as my dentist charges for an adult cleaning. I am considering having my kids go to my dentist. Dr. Icard has been a good dentist to my kids over the years, but his staff is a different story.
