DO NOT USE!! They came out to replace gas water heater, they are a plumbing thought they would know what to do. Well, I have had a gas leak for one week now. They have been out 5 times and still can't fix it. Water is smelly and gray also. Had another company re inspect work and they were amazed how it was installed so incorrectly and out of cow by AL state law. They informed us it was Not installed per Alabama code and is we had bumped it accidentally, our entire house could of gone into flames. Since it's through ahs warranty, we are told rooter express needs to fix it. They are coming back out today this afternoon, a gas leak was no concern to them. All I can say What Professionals. Please do not use, protect your families safety.
