I think the 1h45min is like their default answer for waiting.
Got a table in 1h and 15min. Had an extra person by then and they let as squeeze which is appreciated but it was uncomfortable and there was no effort to transfer us somewhere else later on, when we asked for it.
Food is good though very small portions. The duck drumsticks were delicious, the ham enough though expensive, wine was fantastic.
The dessert was a disappointement.
In general , worths trying it if you don't mind waiting, and dont' want to eat a lot.
