Strangely enough, my fiancee and I arrived two hours before Hairstarrr did on the same day and had a completely different experience. It was our second time to the restaurant and we loved the food just as much as we did before. We were a little apprehensive when we walked in because we overheard the hostess apologizing about their server to another couple. Our server, Eric [according to the name on my receipt, tall guy, looks like he's related to Nicholas Cage], did an excellent job (and we believe he was our server the first time we went as well) so we lucked out.
Pros: Food, value, ambience (but leave the kids with a sitter)
Cons: Reputation for poor service (maybe we got lucky?)
