I was very surprised at the review that was displayed. I have taken my children to Dr. Haman for seven years and never had a problem. The first time my youngest went I did go back with her and yes she was upset but was expected for the first time at the dentist. The next time I went the assistant had explained that children react better when their parents arent back so I waited in the waiting room and my child did do better. They also recommend this when children have work done because of course your child wants his or her parents when they are getting their teeth fixed because they are nervous but for safety reasons they dont want to take the chance of a child reaching up for their mom because they could get poked or hurt which is understanding. Dr. Haman sets out toys as a reward for the children who have work done or their teeth cleaned because its something special for them. Why should she give toys to every child that is not getting work done? It gives them something to look forward to. As far as policies all buisnesses have policies we may not like but we do have to follow. If your child has to have surgery are you going to demand to go back there of course not again for the safety of your child. If you have a bad feeling about somewhere why return go with your first instinct. If the first time you had a bad feeling then the second time you will go in and analize for all the negative. My opinion you cant satisfy everyone but I wouldnt pick another dentist to bring my children to but Dr. Haman Pros: very caring
