Hiring them was a TERRIBLE mistake. We had a designer come out on October 7th and we were told our media closet would be installed before October 24th. When in November, we still hadn't heard from them - we called to find out what the delay was and they told us they had forgotten to order the door faces and it was going to be several more weeks. Oh, and they also needed $500 more. (They have a very frustrating ""oopsy, our bad"" mentality over there.) We finally got an installation date of December 1st and a time of between 9 and 11. They (rather one person) showed up at 1:30 (two and a half hours late). Every measurement was incorrect. A cabinet that was supposed to be 26 inches high was 49 inches high. The measurements were WAY off, rendering the whole plan useless. (Also, the amber knobs we requested were instead silver handles.) Now we've been told that they would be back in a week. I have never in my life asked for a discount (I'm happy to OVER PAY for a job well done) - but after too many kerfuffles and a ""we said we're sorry, what else do you want from us"" response, I suggested they knock some off the price. Big resounding no. I didn't even particularly want a discount. I just wanted more than an apology when every single aspect of this job has been flawed. Where is the accountability for a multitude of screw-ups? TERRIBLE MISTAKE! This is my first time ever posting a negative review of anyone online. I hope that people will not go blindly into a series of ridiculous errors and extended waits as I have.
