My first introduction to ZAP Tattoo was from my friend. She referred me to get my first tattoo done there and I have been a fan of Von Shock and his work since then. I have gotten 8+ tattoos from him and referred over 20 people. All the people that I have referred have referred their friends and so on and so forth. I would not trade my experience with Von Shock in for the world. The artists at ZAP tattoo do a great job and are very patient with their customers. ZAP has stayed open for me 3 hours past closing time just so they could satisfy me as a customer and make sure the work that I received was outstanding. Von even bought me and my friends lunch once because he was running 10 minutes late. He is an outstanding person and an outstanding artist. I do not understand how someone can negatively rate his work/attitude/professionalism. Von Shock is all about customer satisfaction and quality work at an affordable price. I recommend his work to anyone. If you ever have any doubts about his work, just stop by the shop or his MySpace page.
