need i explain? they carry cheap knockoffs of designer furniture, and act like they're doing you a favor with the prices they have. obviously people like the low quality/low prices combo, because with their customer service, i'm surprised they're still in business. cross your fingers and hope they don't get your order wrong, because it will turn out to be YOUR fault that they did and then you'll get ATTITUDE instead of APOLOGIES!!! just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
