Review content:
I order pizza for the office alot. (I work with 7 guys...they like pizza.) In past experiences, I've called and asked to have the pizza delivered at certain times. Everytime they have been late. This time, I have had it. I normally don't do this, but now will spread the word. I called today to order pizza for delivery. This time, it was on time, however when the driver left, I put the pizza out to find out that I was delivered the wrong pizza. I called back and explained to them that I was given one right pizza and one wrong one. They said they'd send out the correct pizza right away. About 25 minutes later, the delivery guy came back and said I owed $12.50. In awe, I looked at him and explained what happened. He said that I told them the wrong pizza to begin with. I called the place to speak with person that I had spoken to previously. He then told me that there is a big difference from Mushroom to Meat Lovers. (In the past when I order Meat pizzas, I tell them the meats that should be on it...not 'Meat lovers'.) He proceeded to tell me to tell the driver to leave it, when he hung up on me. I will never order from there again, which is sad because we have a big event coming up that I had planned to order from them for. I could only wish that I could speak to a main manager or owner.
